Private Sessions

A 1:1 session with Rose utilises the full range of equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels), and Matwork including all small props (Pilates Circle, Foam Roller, Weighted Balls, Gymball, Mini Stability Ball, Bosu, Stability Cushions etc.). Total Barre® standing exercises are also included to enhance functional performance.

1:1 Sessions are ideal if you are rehabilitating from an injury or addressing pain in your body all the way to achieving a sport specific goal. These sessions will make you proficient in your technique as you achieve your personal goals.  Having a private session gives the instructor, and you, a chance to get to know your body in-depth to ensure an exercise programme is created that works best for you. It will empower you to apply principles to everyday life.

Shared-Private Sessions

A Shared-private-Session is a single lesson shared by two people.  Both individuals would first attend a private session to have an assessment so individual needs can be met. Shared-Private Sessions provide more personalised attention than a group class and are run the same format as with Private Sessions.
